Originally from Peru, he came to know the Lord in 1993 and began a journey of faith with Jesus. That same year, he moved to Pennsylvania, settling in the city of Lewisburg, where he was baptized. In 1994, he received the Holy Spirit, marking a significant moment in his spiritual life. That same year, he married his wife Sister Mena, who was an important part of his life and his early years of ministry. In 1996, he began as a minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI). He served as pastor in Lewisburg until 2004. In 2005, he moved to the city of Reading, Pennsylvania, where he continued to develop the calling God had placed on his life. Since then, he has served the local community of Reading.
